The original addendum to the Maltby Playability Factor for irons book, which included 30 new irons for the 2008 supplement, has now been further updated to include 20 more 2008 irons. New listings have been added for Callaway, Cobra, Titleist, Nicklaus and MacGregor.

Did you ever get the MPF for these?
todvan, the Wishon 752 tc iron has an MPF of 556 points and is in the Game Improvement Category. The actual vertical CG is .723". The "C" Dimension is 1.208" and the MOI is 13.609 oz/in2. The CG is located 1/8" rearward of the center of the face.
Hi, I noticed some MPF ratings for Wishon irons in the 2007 listing. However, I am looking for the ratings for the 752 tc iron. Are these available somewhere? Thanks for the work you put into this - I have a physics degree and have a good idea how much effort goes into this.
bweaver48, don't have them yet. I do not trust TaylorMade marketing. They basically say anything they like in their advertising and are probably the worst company in this regard in my opinion. I will check them out when I get them and find out what they mean by the "set is dead" concept.
Ralph, I didn't find a response to the question regarding the new Taylor Made Burner irons and their MPF. Since they have changed the way they are making the irons based on whether they are the long, mid or short iron wouldn't that affect the MPF in each category? Is there a general MPF? thanks, -bill
