Thanks Ralph, Pleas let John know my customer number is 20189 and he can call me at his convenience.
Congratulations on your sale, I glad you did well. I’d also like to note officially that I still consider you to be the most knowledgeable person when a question comes up. That in itself means a lot, let alone that you took the time to help handle this question.
Thanks again Ralph and all the best …

upandatum, I sold my company to Golf Galaxy over 4 years ago, so I do not fire anyone any more (besides, I was always the benevolent dictator type) . However, I did get an answer yesterday that I can pass along. I was told that they cannot chase US and Canadian dollar evaluations other than yearly when pricing and catalogs are put together. The GolfWorks Canada will however honor any legitimate lower pricing from its competitors. Also, they have special pricing for those that want to commit most of their yearly purchases to them. This of course will usually not help the occasional buyer or hobbiest. A fellow named John O’Coin manages Canada and welcomes any calls to discuss pricing and try to work things out.

Hi Ralph,
Thanks for sending that email about the Canadian pricing vs USA pricing to Golf Works for a reply, but it seems that they don’t have the time to give a damn about their customers. It’s been 6 working days since you sent it, it’s now dropped off page one of the forum and we still have not heard even a wimper from them. Am I mistaken that this (Golf Works) is your company? If someone in my company ignored my emails, they would not be in my companies employ for very long, I assure you. Can you please shake the leaves again and see if anything falls from above … Thanks, a frustrated Canadian
