Mr Maltby,
I have had Ping i3 Oversized irons for about 9-10 years. I am looking to upgrade. I am a decent ball striker that carries a 10 handicap. Can you tell me if a switch to Ping i15's or possibly a set of Anser irons would be a poor choice. Would I give up a lot of forgiveness? Last fall you recommended the g15's, but I just don't like the look of them. Very thick top line. Of the two irons I mentioned will one tend to launch higher?

Hello Mr. Maltby,
I currently play the Mizuno JPX-800s & noticed in your new update that their MPF is 604. I just noticed the Callaway X-forges have a MPF of 621. I have never hit the x-forges but I would think they would be a lot harder to hit than the JPX-800s. Per your ratings they are easier to hit. Are those MPF numbers accurate?
Thank you. Juan

Hello Mr. Maltby,
First Thanks for all this great information. I have been eyeing the New Diablo Edge irons for 2011. I was wondering if the playability rating of (968) is the same for the 2011 model? 2. When will the 2011 Playability ratings be released? I would like to look over your findings before I made my final decision.
Thanks,
JG

Hi Ralph, I am wondering if you have had a chance or will have a chance to rate the PING s56 irons. I am trying to decide between the i15 or the s56. Thanks for any feedback you can provide. Appreciate all your help and insight.

hartley.ns, I just received confirmation that Cobra has shipped me the S2 Forged, the Pro CB and the Pro MB #6 irons. I am currently measuring the irons that I have already received from other manufacturers and should have some results very soon. As you mentioned, the new book has put me a little behind this year.
